Can a submissive avoid a mistake, but trying to avoid certain activities or people?

I have been doing yoga for a while now and realised it can help me centre my thoughts. Meditation is something I haven’t tried yet, but other people did and connected it to d/s:

Spend some time every day meditating on your submission, even if you can only spend 15 minutes or so.

Do you meditate at all?

What are thibgs to think about during those 15 minutes?

Would spending a certain amount of time a day thinking about your submission help you be a better submissive?

Should a dominant try that too?

Are there other to achieve the same goal?

If you’re not willing to do that, does that mean your submission is less important to you than other things?
